BOOKING DETAILS & CONDITIONS

THE PRICE

The price includes bed-linen, UK tax(VAT), welcome pack (tea, coffee etc), tea towels, electricity and cleaning after departure.

The price does not include towels, or laundry and servicing of the accommodation during your stay, or excessive cleaning following your stay. (Towels may be ordered in advance for £1 per guest and washing tokens may be purchased on-site for £1).

BALANCE OF RENT is due for payment one month before date of arrival.

CANCELLATION by the guest for ANY reason does not remove liability for full payment of rental.

LATE BOOKINGS within a month of commencement must be paid in full at time of booking.

GUESTS are responsible for maintaining the property and contents in the condition as found on arrival and for not exceeding the stated bed capacity.

DOGS are permitted only with prior consent from the owners. There is a charge for pets of £15 per pet per stay. Pets must not be left unattended in the apartments. Sorry, no pets in the Cottages.

BOAT HIRE Boat hire is undertaken by Loch Awe Boats and is not part of Ardbrecknish House. Ardbrecknish House does not accept any responsibility or liability for boat hire.
